What is Real Maple Syrup?

Real Maple Syrup is a natural product produced from the sap of the maple tree.  The watery sap is reduced to produce syrup, sugar and other maple products. As a sweetener, maple provides three times the sweetening power of cane sugar, but with fewer calories per tablespoon!

What We Do & How We Are Different

We supply maple products to a variety of users including restaurants, bakeries, breweries and distillers. We deliver our products farm direct and unlike other maple suppliers we never blend our maple products with inferior tasting or other syrup. Stop buying blended syrup and buy direct and save!

Other bulk suppliers will buy smaller farms annual production, including their inferior off-flavor syrup and mix it with other farms syrup. This results in a “flat” flavor. Maple syrup is like wine and that different regions and years will have subtle flavor differences and by blending you lose those differences. Do you want inferior ingredients in your products?
