Maple Syrup is commonly sold in two “grades”, Grade A and Grade B.\u00a0 The grades do not reflect anything about the purity or quality but rather that strength of the maple flavor.\u00a0 Most customers by far prefer “Grade B” syrup for its rich robust flavor but some prefer the delicate maple flavors of lighter “Grade A” variants such as light amber, medium or dark amber.<\/p>\n

All Syrup has the same amount of maple sugar but the darker the syrup the better the maple flavor.<\/p>\n

If you have a preference for a certain “grade”, be sure to let us know when ordering and we’ll be sure that you get that grade.<\/p>\n
